Panel discussion on community policing with law enforcement officials and activists including Northampton Police Chief Jody Kasper; Hampshire County Sheriff Patrick Cahillane; Don Perry, local activist and founder of Project Operation Change; Tyrone A. Wallace, Sr., criminal justice reform activist, founder of S.T.E.P. Services, a program designed to reduce recidivism of previously incarcerated individuals and assist in their reintegration back to the community, and co-founder of Critical Resistance Western Mass; and Laura Briggs, chair of Women, Gender, Sexuality Studies at UMass Amherst.
