Meditation and Journaling

For more joy. For better sleep, too!

Be inspired as you practice simple mindfulness meditations. Calm your body, mind & spirit with written or art journaling. Plus, enjoy the camaraderie and buoyancy of this awesome group.

Weekly gatherings are open to all. Bring your journal and art supplies if you wish. No experience needed. You are welcome to drop in. This class is free. Nominal donations of up to $5 accepted.

Facilitator: Fairin Woods, MA, LMT, Wellness Coach. Her background is in mental health counseling, massage therapy and teaching.
