Author Talk: "The Message Catcher: A novel of love, loss and recovery"
Albany author Darryl McGrath will present a talk, reading and signing for her new novel, "The Message Catcher," on Saturday, Aug. 23, at 1 p.m. in the Forbes Library Community Room. The novel follows a young woman's effort to recover after her husband dies saving her life during a vacation. The novel is based on Darryl's own story, and will resonate with anyone who has experienced a sudden loss. The book will be available at the talk. $20; cash, check or Venmo.
