Resilience in Times of Division: What Trauma Teaches Us About Healing
Join Dr. Laura Grant, a clinical psychologist and 9/11 survivor, for a community talk on resilience in divided times. Drawing on lessons from her trauma recovery, the COVID era, and clinical experiences with Veterans, first responders and individuals with chronic and terminal illness, she will share practical strategies for grounding, connection and meaning-making. Come away with simple tools and renewed hope for navigating uncertainty together.
