Gratitude Journaling: For better sleep and a whole lot more!

Express your gratitude with mindful and creative journaling. Each week we will practice unique & key aspects of gratitude. Going deeper is the intent. Plus, enjoy the camaraderie & buoyancy of this group.

Bring:
Bring your Journal and any art supplies you want to use. No experience needed. Come to all the sessions or drop in for one session. This class is free. Nominal donations of up to $5 accepted.
