Mindful Art Journaling: For better sleep and a whole lot more!

Practice being in the flow with mindful and creative / art journaling. Sessions start with a short meditation. Improving your sleep through the benefits of mindfulness and journaling is the intent. Plus, come and enjoy the camaraderie and buoyancy of this group.

Bring: Your Journal and any art supplies you want to use. No experience needed. You are welcome to drop in. This Class is free. Nominal donations of up to $5 accepted.
