Living Books
Everyone has a story to tell, and our community wants to hear it.
On Saturday, October 5th, Forbes Library and Northampton Connects will host a Living Book event!
Living Books is an event in which members of our community volunteer to share the experiences that have shaped their lives and identities in brief one-on-one conversations, in a safe and respectful environment.
On the day of the event, "readers" will be able to be able to check out a Living Book for 20 minute intervals.
Living Books will have signed up prior to the event. If you're interested in telling your story, fill out this Living Book Registration. If you have any questions, email livingbooks@forbeslibrary.org.
