Priming the body for summer
Feel like you’ve been hibernating and are about to crawl out into the warmer days of summer? To prevent injury and get the most pleasure and benefit from your summer activities – whether it’s a sport like pickleball or tennis, hiking, or simply gardening – it’s important to warm up and get the tissues moving and the nerves firing again. Summer is a great season for deepening our longevity practice, and we’ll look at how to do that in a conscious and intentional manner.
Both sessions of the lecture will be live-streamed on Zoom. Register for either the in-person or online versions of the lecture at https://www.thelonggame.
