Building a longevity practice

This lecture will be more of a workshop where we work individually and in small groups to identify the things we are already doing that contribute to our long-term health (our healthspan), and figure out what we’d like to try next. We’ll talk about habit change, do some brainstorming around how to work with resistance, and discuss strategies for building a sustainable practice.

Both sessions of the lecture will be live-streamed on Zoom. Register for either the in-person or online versions of the lecture at https://www.thelonggame.coach/lectures.
