Eating for longevity: Nutrition, supplements, and the benefits of intermittent fasting

So here’s the BIG QUESTION: What should I eat? We’ll dive into the recommendations of leading scientists and nutritionists on eating for longevity (hint: Mediterranean diet), and what that looks like on a practical level (as in, “OK, so what should I have for breakfast?”). We’ll talk about supplements that have been shown to boost our “longevity genes,” dig into why you might want to try intermittent fasting, and how to do it.
